Pralinemoulds
When it comes to pralines, appearance is just as important as taste. With Kaupert’s mould solutions, your pralines can take virtually any desired shape. While you focus on the chocolate recipe, we design the mould according to your specifications.
We take all relevant parameters into account, including the specifics of your production processes and the characteristics of your production facility. From conventional shell forming and One-Shot technology to the cold stamping process, we master the design and production of praline moulds for all common depositing systems.
Tabletmoulds
With many years of experience in producing chocolate bar moulds, Kaupert is able to develop tailored solutions that meet all customer requirements.
Regardless of the type of chocolate bar you want to produce—whether small chocolates such as Napolitains, large solid bars, or filled bars—we provide comprehensive advice, manufacture your mould precisely according to your specifications, and ensure optimal adaptation to your production conditions.
Hollow figure moulds
For the production of hollow chocolate figures, Kaupert offers a wide range of mould solutions. We manufacture both self-supporting moulds, produced via injection moulding, and deep-drawn DUR-FOLIT sheets, which are combined with carrier moulds.
This allows every customer—whether a small artisan bakery or an industrial hollow figure producer—to receive tailored, individual solutions perfectly matched to specific production requirements.
Double moulds & One-Shot
The industrial production of chocolate products in double moulds requires extensive know-how and precise adherence to all process parameters. To ensure the required flatness of the chocolate even in large formats, we use the most advanced injection moulding technology in the production of your moulds.
With the help of specialized software, we can simulate the injection moulding process in advance. This ensures—already before production—that the required tolerances are met and that the chocolate moulds comply with our high quality standards.
Blisters & Trays
In the food industry, and particularly in the chocolate and confectionery sectors, the applications of our blister and tray packaging are as diverse as the design possibilities themselves. There are virtually no limitations in terms of colour, shape, and material.
On Kaupert thermoforming systems, almost all thermoformable plastic films can be processed into tray packaging, including PP, PET, PDS, PC, PVC, as well as PLA and other plant-based and compostable films.
Thanks to advanced technology, Kaupert manufactures with precision and a forward-looking approach, fully tailored to individual customer requirements. In addition, we offer customized packaging solutions for both medical technology and pharmaceutical industries.
