One-Shot
Do you want to produce pralines, bars, or tablets with a very high filling percentage? Are you working with liquid or highly viscous masses? Do you need extremely precise depositing technology and fast product changeovers?
With our Trikno depositing machines, both the shell and the filling are deposited in a single process step. They are the first choice when it comes to speed, maximum repeatability, and flexibility.
Decor
Our decorating systems are perfectly suited for the precise and detailed decoration of hollow figures, pralines, chocolate tablets, and lollipops. They are also used for filling and decorating cakes, biscuits, and pastries as an extension of an oven line.
Thanks to RFID technology and mould recognition, different products can be decorated simultaneously, as the machine automatically identifies each product and loads the corresponding decoration program.
Nuts & Fruits
Chocolate with whole nuts, fruit pieces, or other coarse inclusions remains highly popular. By feeding the desired mixing ratio through the hopper of the depositing machine, our programmable stirring system ensures reliable mixing and processing of masses containing large inclusions.
Freedressing

Coldpress
ColdPress is our unique patented process for producing perfect, thin, and uniform shells with precise edges and tight lids. By using individually designed stamps, complex products can be manufactured with ease.
Thanks to the stamp geometry, it is guaranteed that the shell maintains a consistent wall thickness throughout the entire product, regardless of design (from 1.0 mm onwards).
Sandwich products
Flexibility is key. In combination with your oven installation, you can produce two-layer sandwich products or create filled and decorated delicacies. Our 3D scanners detect both the type and position of each product, ensuring an extremely efficient and precise depositing process.
Together with your oven supplier, our engineering experts design a complete production line—from dosing the biscuit batter and filling to sealing your sandwich product.
For example, in macarons we achieve the highest precision in dimensions, and the machine does not drip after depositing.

ALPHA-Industry
The Alpha models are versatile and can be used in both the pastry and industrial sectors, depending on the application. Thanks to the unique rotary screw system, maximum depositing precision is achieved, forming the basis for decorating chocolate figures.
Z/X and CAD Execution
The Alpha is ideal for fine pralines and is characterized by high speed and high efficiency. The depositing machine can also be configured as a nut-hybrid system.
ETA-THETA
The 2-sided ETA can be used as a replacement for older depositing machines in the industrial sector and is suitable for solid depositing, decoration, and one-shot products. It is designed to be installed on existing conveyor belts or third-party systems, allowing outdated equipment to be replaced with minimal effort.
The machine can be equipped with 3-axis (CAD) functionality, enabling the depositing head to move in all directions. The Theta series is developed for high-speed systems and oven belts up to 1500 mm wide, and features an optional 500 mm X-axis. Both systems can also be designed as nut-hybrid configurations.
Trikno Handling system
The gearless linear servo robot system is ideal for all handling operations in a single-table installation, with a precision of better than 0.1 mm.

Coolingspiral
The spiral system is the ideal conveying solution for moulds of various sizes. The moulds are transported without fixation (loose mould system), ensuring smooth and trouble-free operation.
In a spiral system, all moulds follow the same path, allowing uniform cooling or heating. The spiral is custom-built from standard components and can be delivered in any required length.
The system is suitable for both industrial applications and pastry production. The insulation housing is available in different materials, including plastic, aluminium, and stainless steel.
