OKA-Spezialmaschinenfabrik is the longest-established company in the sector, with more than 100 years of experience in designing and building machines for the bakery and confectionery industry, and is recognized as a true pioneer in technological development.

Extruders AQ

The simplex and duplex extruders use individual pumps, milled from a single shaft, enabling highly precise dosing across the full working width of up to 2200 mm.

Special Helix pumps are also used to dose inclusions such as chocolate pieces (up to 40%) into biscuit dough with high speed and precision, reaching up to 80 cuts per minute.

The machines are fully stainless steel, chemical-resistant, and designed for optimal CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning.

 

Rotary moulders FN/FX

OKA forming roll systems provide flexible solutions for dough forming with high precision and efficiency. Thanks to their robust construction and ability to handle different dough types, they are ideally suited for the bakery and confectionery industry.

They are available in various working widths and with adjustable settings, ensuring a perfect fit for your production requirements.

Kisses and marshmallow AX

Dosing lightweight marshmallows, such as classic angel kisses,” remains a highly demanding application. When processing airy masses, it is essential not to damage the delicate structure during depositing. The patented single-piston system from OKA meets these strict requirements.

The OKA Depositor AX provides a solution for handling very light foam or marshmallow products with a specific weight below 0.2 kg/l, and can also be used for heavier doughs with large inclusions.

For producing special products such as filled waffle cones, dedicated conveying systems are used. For items without a stable base, such as waffle cones, a special insertion frame and transport carriers are applied. These systems are fully synchronized with the OKA Depositor.

 

Marzipan and Protein Bar Machines (MZ–MZF)

OKA marzipan forming machines are synonymous with robust, high-performance equipment and long-lasting durability. Their refined marzipan extruders and depositors ensure the highest product quality and maximum output, backed by decades of experience.

OKA has highly specialized and proven expertise in Knäckebrot (crispbread) production, covering dosing, sprinkling, docking, and vacuum extraction processes.
