Geruba Chocolade – automation, precision and highest level of quality

With an eye for detail, Geruba Chocolade artisanally creates the finest and most irresistible flavour creations. Thanks to the optimal tempering system and cooling tunnel from LCM, they achieve the perfect snap, shine, and shelf life for their chocolates. Using the Roboqbo system, they produce highly refined fillings, free from oxidation and with very low AW values, naturally resulting in a longer shelf life.

The liquid chocolate supplied in the Rinsch tanks is also a worry-free solution, allowing the chocolate to be transported hygienically to the processing locations.

Also the one-shot truffels are produced with the highest Trikno precision
