Recently, together with OKA, we have supplied a fully stainless steel double-sided extruder in the Benelux.
This machine offers high precision with individual pumps and a CIP cleaning system.
It can layer two-colour fillings and produce one-shot products with a standard pump system. In addition, with the special OKA helix pumps, it can produce biscuit products with up to 40% inclusions, such as American chocolate cookies, at a speed of up to 80 strokes per minute.
