Our successful One-Shot Basic Training is entering its third edition – and interest continues to grow.

What started as a promising training has now developed into an international meeting point for industry specialists. During this two-day training, practical knowledge, technical depth, and valuable international exchange take center stage.

Senius Training and Development

Senius develops solutions focused on perfect baking results and cost-efficient, return-on-investment-driven innovations.

The latest developments include:

  • The 300 mm laboratory impingement oven.
  • Hybrid gas/electric heat exchangers, allowing highly precise switching during production within 5 minutes, without any noticeable impact in the oven process.
  • 25% energy savings on air fans (2 kW/zone) through even smarter airflow optimisation (engineering), while achieving higher airflow and making Senius even more uniform and consistent.

LCM Schokoladen Maschinen GmbH has expanded its product range, enabling us to offer highly competitive industrial solutions across a wide range of capacities.

Benelux Mazzetti mouldingline ’25

lmost ready for acceptance and test runs at Mazzetti, and currently being assembled for production.

A beautifully engineered 425mm automatic line with traditional shell forming for filled chocolate products, with the option to work with single and double moulds.

Benelux OKA duplex extruder ’25

Recently, together with OKA, we have supplied another fully stainless steel CIP duplex extruder in the Benelux.

Geruba Chocolade – automation, precision and highest level of quality

With an eye for detail, Geruba Chocolade artisanally creates the most beautiful and irresistible flavour creations. Thanks to the coating machines and cooling tunnels from LCM, they achieve the perfect snap, shine, and shelf life for their chocolates. Using the Roboqbo system, they produce the most refined fillings, free from oxidation and with very low AW values, which naturally results in optimal flavour and colour retention, as well as an extended shelf life.
